Information for Guests
Family and friends, we're delighted you're coming to celebrate our graduates. Your presence on graduation day makes this celebration complete. We've prepared the details below to help you plan and make the most of the evening.
Arrival & Timing
We recommend arriving by 5:00 PM to find parking and take your seat comfortably before the 5:30 PM ceremony start. Graduates will be in lineup by 5:15 PM.
Parking
The Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Centre has on-site parking available. Parking is free. Arrive early if possible to secure a convenient spot. If you have mobility concerns, designated accessible parking is available near the entrance.

Photos and videos are welcome before the ceremony begins and immediately after it concludes. Please keep phones on silent during the ceremony itself. A professional photographer, Mr. Kevon Delaney, will be on-site capturing official images.
Ceremony Duration
The ceremony will run for approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Please plan accordingly.
