- Submit your Graduation Reply Slip (confirm attendance)
- Pay your gown rental fee ($150) at the SJPI Cashier
- Book professional photography with Mr. Kevon Delaney (optional)
Monday–Friday, 2–6 November 2026
- Collect your graduation gown from SJPI Campus (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
- Inspect your gown for fit and condition upon collection
Wednesday, 11 November 2026
- Attend mandatory rehearsal at 5:00 PM — Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Centre
- Bring your graduation gown to rehearsal
- Learn the procession order and ceremony flow
Saturday, 14 November 2026 — 3:30 PM
- Arrive at Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Centre by 3:30 PM
- Wear your graduation gown and ensure you are properly robed
- Report to your designated assembly area
Saturday, 14 November 2026 — 5:00 PM
- Graduation & Awards Ceremony commences — Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Centre
- Processional, conferral of awards, and graduation
Saturday, 14 November 2026 — After Ceremony
- Return your gown on graduation night to receive your $40 refund
- Collect your certificate and transcript (subject to gown return)

Important: Return & Refunds
Return your gown on graduation night for a $40 refund.
A $200 penalty fee applies for damaged or unreturned gowns.
Your certificate and transcript will be withheld until all gown matters are resolved.
